Ways to distinguish whether the electric heating pipe is dry burning or boiled in water:
1. The structure is different
Liquid electric heating tubes are mostly used in threaded single-head electric heating tubes, U-shaped or special-shaped electric heating tubes with fasteners, and flange electric heating tubes.
Dry-fired electric heating tubes are more common single-head straight rod electric heating tubes, U-shaped or special-shaped electric heating tubes without fasteners, finned electric heating tubes and a very small number of flange electric heating tubes.
2. The power design is different
The liquid electric heating tube determines the design of the power according to the heating medium. Heating water per meter electric heating tube heating zone length to do 3KW power, dry burning electric heating tube is according to the fluidity of the heated air to determine the power design, in a confined space heating dry heating electric heating tube per meter power design at 1KW.
3. The material selection is different
Liquid electric heating tube uses stainless steel 304 material for heating tap water, drinking water uses stainless steel 316 material, and waterproof scale coating electric heating tube can be used for heating of turbid river water or water with many impurities. The working temperature of the dry burning electric heating tube is 100-300 degrees, and stainless steel 304 is recommended.
